Shipping and Returns

  • Order placement

    After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email. We will then begin processing your order for packing and shipment.

    Standard Local Shipping (Singapore)

    Your order will usually delivered within 2-3 working days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

    We offer both standard and express shipping (with tracking) for all local deliveries, with the shipping fees displayed at checkout.

    Orders over S$60 (after any discounts) qualify for free standard shipping.

    Express same day shipping (Singapore)

    Please email us to arrange for special same day 9am to 9pm delivery (rates will differ according to order volume).

    Standard International Shipping

    International orders can take up to 12-14 business days depending on your location.  

  • Returns and Exchange Policy

    Due to hygiene and safety standards, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on any opened or used products, including our body oils with actives. Once a product is opened, it is no longer suitable for resale, and the safety of reusing or reselling it cannot be guaranteed.

    Please note that skincare products, particularly those with active ingredients, may have different effects on different skin types. We recommend patch-testing before use to ensure compatibility. For any concerns about your order, especially if the product arrives damaged, please reach out to us at hello@iya.sg within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will be happy to send you a replacement.

    We strive to ensure that our customers are fully satisfied with their purchases, and we are committed to resolving any issues that arise with damaged products.
